Application The single-screw plastic extruder is used for SPVC,PE extrusion and molding.with the corresponding auxiliaries,it can be used for coating cable,producing films, tubes,rods,plates and granulating materials. (4) Overload protection (5) Speed show by Tachometer Configuration The single-screw plastic extruder is made up of screw ,barrel, head bracket, gear box, water and fan cooling system,lubrication system,the electrical control cabinet, and other component parts. 1. the screw and the barrel the material of is the 38CrMoAlA alloy steel,processed by Nitrogen.High hardness and good wear and corrosion resistance. The four outer surface heaters are the heating source for plastic heating,and there are four temperature-test points. 2. the gear box i=1:11.2,transmission stable,reliable. 3.the head bracket two choices of the structure :one is thread link,the other is hough lubrication system Oil pool and splash lubrication are used for lubricating the gears and bearings,and the mandatory recycling pump is added to the gear box.
